AI agent services, including SYSLUME Order Intake

An agent prepares records, such as orders, from the documents you receive. It does not decide for you. Every record is shown in a review queue and is exported only after a person on your side approves it. Approving a record means your business accepts it as correct; responsibility for approved records, and for anything sent to your customers or entered in your accounting system, stays with you.

Extraction is not guaranteed to be error-free. Accuracy figures we publish describe a stated test set and are not a promise for your documents. The agent runs with the access you grant, on accounts you own, and you can withdraw that access at any time.

Our liability for an agent service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Free document trial

The trial is provided free and as is, for evaluation only. Send only documents you are entitled to share, redacted as you see fit. How trial documents are handled and deleted is described in the privacy notice.

Sample cases are fictional and exist to demonstrate the SYSLUME method. They are not customer projects, endorsements or guarantees of results.

Archived services: advisory scope

Technical recommendations depend on the evidence and constraints supplied. Software architecture decisions involve trade-offs and uncertainty; no report guarantees future performance, security, availability or implementation success.

Agent-Ready Execution

Agent-ready materials are intended to constrain and improve software implementation workflows. They do not guarantee that any AI model or coding agent will produce correct, secure or production-ready software without human engineering review and verification.

Delivery Assurance

Delivery Assurance evaluates supplied implementation evidence against an agreed technical baseline. It is not penetration testing, compliance certification, release authorization or production operation. The client retains implementation, release and operational responsibility.

Scope and acceptance

The engagement proposal, not sample page count, defines what is delivered. Material shortcomings against that scope follow the correction and payment-remedy terms agreed before payment. The pilot price is not automatically combined with another founding discount.

Payment

Fees are invoiced after the written proposal is accepted and are payable by international bank transfer in the currency stated on the invoice. Work starts once payment is received.

Verification relationship

Checking a baseline designed by SYSLUME is verification of that baseline, not external independent validation. A test result is limited to the code, rules and evidence inspected.
