AI agents for SME back-office work

Let an AI agent do the document typing. Your team approves every action.

SYSLUME Lab builds AI agents for small businesses with 5 to 50 staff and no tech team. The first one, SYSLUME Order Intake, turns emailed purchase orders into checked orders ready for QuickBooks Online. Nothing reaches your accounts until a person approves it.

01 / READ

Reads the orders you already get

Purchase orders arrive as PDFs, email text or Excel files. The agent pulls out customer, products, quantities, prices and dates into one structured order.

02 / CHECK

Checks them against your own lists

Every line is matched to your product catalog and customer list. Unknown codes, price differences and missing fields are flagged instead of guessed.

03 / APPROVE

Waits for a person

Your staff approve, edit or reject each order in a review queue. Approved orders export as a CSV for QuickBooks Online import.

Decide → Specify → Execute → Verify

Start small. Pay for the next step only if the last one was useful.

Every step is fixed scope, written and async. All prices below are pilot pricing.

What we can show you today

We are a new studio, so there are no customer results to show yet. Instead, you can read exactly how Order Intake works, what it never does, and how we measure it.

First evaluation (10 October 2026, 36 fictional purchase orders): every planted problem was sent to review, 33 of 36 documents were fully correct (the other 3 had quantities written in words and went to a person), at about $0.011 per document. Fictional documents are cleaner than a real inbox, so this is an upper bound.

Written, async, fixed scope

No sales calls and no open-ended projects. You describe the workflow in writing, we reply with a fixed scope and a fixed fee, and you decide. You keep ownership of your accounts and give the agent only the access it needs.
