Independent implementation control
Delivery Assurance checks implementation evidence against the approved Blueprint, ADRs and quality gates. Your team or delivery partner builds. SYSLUME issues a traceable Pass, Pass with conditions, or Hold decision.
Assurance loop
Each checkpoint answers a specific question. Review depth does not expand silently into project management or an unbounded code audit.
Foundation
Confirm boundaries, ownership, architecture rules, acceptance evidence and irreversible decisions.
Integration
Check dependency direction, data ownership, contracts, critical behavior and documented deviations.
Release
Review open conditions, rollback, observability, operational ownership and release thresholds.
What you receive
Fixed commercial units
Assurance follows an approved baseline, so each checkpoint is scoped and quoted individually after a fit review.
One evidence-based decision for one deployable increment.
Foundation, integration and release-readiness checkpoints.
Quoted individually. Delivery Assurance requires an approved Blueprint, ADR set or equivalent technical baseline.

Fictional demonstration
The sample includes a charter, evidence index, conformance matrix, deviation log, action register and gate decision.
Demonstration length does not define the purchased deliverable. Your proposal names the decision, evidence, outputs and acceptance criteria. Repository adapters and additional review rounds are explicitly scoped.
How we workRun the boundary exampleA gate covers up to five agreed material rules. External-baseline onboarding, additional evidence cutoffs and retests are scoped separately. Reviewing a design previously produced by SYSLUME is verification against that baseline, not independent third-party validation.
